What "perks have we lost over the years?

We used the UPH discount (now discontinued) and don't spend enough days to make an AP worthwhile. .... but I'm not complaining, the MYW passes with no discount are still cheaper than the UPHs with a discount. While it would be "nice" for DVC to throw us a bone on a non AP discount, I'm content paying less for the same trip than I did.

Good point! I was bummed about that change, but never bothered to look at the MYW tickets. Did not realize how much of a savings they were from the old way! Much better than our 10% off. Thanks for pointing that out.

Even though I personally saw it as a loss, I knew that many DVCers saw it as a HUGE savings. It really was a win-win.

Again, the discounts were nto the reason I chose DVC, though, and no one ever told me to base my decision on that.
