What perk would you want to see added?

I would love the ability to buy a combo AP that covers WDW and DL. It seems like it should be a realistic thing that could easily exist, but I also know it's likely it will never exist in any form--DVC or not.
How about a DLR Magic Key that you can buy at any time that is good for any days where you have an aligned reservation using your points at one of the DVC rooms on property. Having to book your rooms 11 months in advance but not being able to time your MK purchase to align is blah.....

Perhaps give people who own hundreds/thousands of direct points that new member program for free and not 99 bucks.

Aligned with above, a tier bonus program where you get some perks if you have a lot of direct points. Perhaps that concierge service but not random and for every stay you book (seems to be offered when you stay in GVs or cabins/similar at WDW). Also perhaps some quality of life items for higher tiers such as the ability to 100% chance to book one moonlight magic event each year (or heck every other year) just for your family. Sorry if I sound like a snob but I don't travel down to WDW as often as some and we are lucky to have a stay aligned with one in the spring and I will admit I have some anxiety in missing our first opportunity to go to one. I think giving owners who own a lot of direct points one a year they can earmark to attend without that anxiety would hopefully not hurt the system too bad.

Access to passes and ticket specials for Florida residents.
We sort of already have that with the Sorcerer pass, but we dont have the other passes or tickets. Maybe its because there are too many block out dates that Disney considered it moot to offer it.

I'd rather see, some free LL for owners and family but only if you stay onsite, using points.

Access for DVC and Deluxe guests to Lightning Lane bookings at 14 days out, other resorts at 7 days and everyone else at 3 days. Trying to book this morning, the ap just keeps spinning. And the ability to book it on your regular computer instead of just your phone, like fastpass+.

They need to fix the penalty for split stays, where your "on property" resets each time you move around. They want me to have all these points and add on at different resorts, but then I can only book half my trip at a time. We have specifically not done more than two rooms in a stay because it's stressful to have two dates for dining, and now it's also 2 dates for LL.

This really should be fixed for EVERYONE, but DVC should get involved in this one because they encourage hopping by pushing us to add more resorts.

We loved TIW too, but the 10% discount that comes with base DVC is pretty nice already, and it is "free." I have to remember to use it!

I do like the idea of a DVC AP that is only valid with DVC reservations. It would be an incredipass with a DVC stay restriction instead of the Sorcerer blockout dates. Peak times already 'pay' with more points to the reservation. Though those value rooms would become even more lucrative!

You mean something like this? (The link screwed up because of the search but start at the top.)

EDIT: I fixed the link for you.--Chuck S

Disney seems to be open to adding perks for DVC members (even if some are paid), but the addition of more lounges is a welcome addition for us. I am curious, what are your “realistic” perks that you might want to see added?
More than two waitlists requests (especially since a resort may have more than two views of the room size)

I definitely get wanting a cap on waitlists - but I feel like the waitlist itself should have a touch more flexibility. Like if I put in dates and resort and say "I will take ANY of the following rooms" - that seems not crazy to me. Sometimes I care less about view than being there, and if I would accept 4 different room types, that shouldn't be 4 waitlists.

Having one waitlist with a defined property and dates and multiple room types/views would work as well.

Robes in the guest rooms
Room service at places besides VGF
Make exchanges into DCL, Worldwide Disney properties more attractive
Keep the rooms in even better shape - be more proactive with replacing furniture, etc.
Buy better mattresses

Not sure if that's what you were looking for or not... I would prefer these over different kinds of perks which tend to be parks oriented...

If not a bicoastal pass then a DVC magic key pass for DLR that is on par with the Sorcerers pass at WDW.
