We are staying at AL Sports and my travel agent only booked the room for 2 adults - there wil be 4 adults - how are we able to enter in the parks for EMH? I assume the room key is needed, is that right? Will I need to add the other 2 adults onto the room?

Not a big thing just don't want to avoid a problem getting in early.

thanks for any info!!!

I am assuming you have a package that includes ultimate park passes. If the other two adults don't have passes they will need to purchase them to get into the parks. The EMH is for resort guests only and you will need to have proof that you are a resort guest, your room card.

If you have a package booked, which is rarely the least expensive, and your passes are included then when you add the other two adults to your room they will be required to have the ultimate park hoppers as well.

We all have the 4 day park hoppers, but I wasn't sure if we all needed a resort key - which would mean I just had to let the CM at checkin know that there were 4 adults not 2 in the room.

But I wasn't sure if that was how EMH entry was handled.

Technically, a room key is required as proof that one is a resort guest. I've read many reports on this board that guests were never asked to show their room keys (assuming they were using a Park Hopper as a ticket, not the room key). So get room keys for everyone in your party and you don't have to worry.

Each party must show one room key card. You will use your admission tickets at the turnstiles as if you were entering the park any other time. There is not a special ticket or pass for EMH, but resort ID is required.

Keep in mind too that if you add the other two adults to your room you will be facing a $10 per night charge for each adult over two.

We were there two weeks ago and they did ask to see everyones resort ID as we entered the parks for EE. A long as you add them on as guest, they will have a key they can use for ID, room admission and charging.

In November for early entry we needed our park pass and resort ID. Even my 9yo had to show one! There is a charge for each additional adult over 2 at the All Star rooms. Hopefully its already figured into the price quoted by the TA and your all set.

All three of us had to show our resort ID last summer at Disney Studios (again including our 10 yr old son).
