What Part of October To Go In?

I need some expert help. We've decided to go in October. I would like to be there over the 13th, because it's my daughter's birthday. That is really our only stipulation. We'll go for a week, like Friday to Friday, Wednesday to Wednesday, etc. Missing school is not a problem.

Right now we are looking at 10/10-10/17. Which is the middle of the second to the middle of the 3rd. It's a Wednesday to Wednesday.

We were there Oct 13-20 DO NOT GO TO EPCOT ON THE WEEKEND!!!! We went on a Sunday and it was MOBBED due to food and wine festival, we could barely move, waits were horrendous and the week we went there were record highs, 92 by the end of the week. But of course we had fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
