I only know about 4 EE days for sure - according to Dreams Unlimited:

Sunday - MK
Monday - AK
Tuesday - MGM
Wednesday - Epcot

Sorry that I don't know about Thursday, Fri or Sat! Seems to me that MK has two EE days. Maybe someone else can help...
