What Parks on what days

We will be arriving on Sunday, Feb. 23rd.

I am wondering what days of the week we should visit the parks to experience the lowest attendance levels.

Do the Early Entry days get the busiest for that early entry park?

We would like to experience some non-park activities as well, what have you found you enjoyed? We do plan on playing mini-golf, riding bikes around the boardwalk, exploring some of the other resorts for late lunches, any other suggestions.

Depending on how long you are staying, there are some "special events" (parades, etc.) that are only being offered on certain nights at the various parks. (I.E., Tapestry of Dreams parade at Epcot ends on 3/1/03. Spectromagic at MK is limited to certain nights).
