Which park do you think would be the least busy on Vetran's Day? Or would this be the best day to do a non-Disney park (SeaWorld or Universal)?

I've never toured WDW on this holiday. I'll just bump this back to page one for you. I'm sure some of our veterans will have some advice for you.

On our Nov. 2000 trip we chose 11/11 to be at MK. A mistake. We encountered our longest lines of our 10 day trip (7 days at parks). Luckily we hit Fantasyland as the park opened. Later we crossed through and the place was mobbed! I remember waiting almost an hour for PoC and getting a FP for Buzz and the come back time was something like 5 hours from then. However this info does not help much because I have no idea how the other parks were that day.

We did MK in 2001 on Veteran's Day, and it was a little crowded (this was right after 9/11, so all of WDW was slow), but not too bad.

How about planning on a water park? Or going to DisneyQuest right when it opens. Depending on the weather, this is what I'm planning for the Monday of MLK weekend. Or schedule a character breakfast at a resort and really take the time to enjoy it!

SeaWorld and Universal will be just as crowded as MK, I'm guessing. Lots of people go here over long weekends also!
