What park Saturday afternoon 12/21?

Hello all! I am working on plans for the week before Christmas. On Saturday 12/21, we plan to go to the AK EMH and then hop to another park that afternoon. I know everything will be crowded but what are your thoughts on which park might be the most manageable that afternoon. I would save our FP+ for the afternoon park. Thanks!
