What P.M. "nitetime" aspirins will help me fall asleep?

Without making me groggy when I wake up? I have to get up at 4:30 am tomorrow. I need something to help me fall asleep tonight. It can even be a cold remedy as, with my alergies, I can use a nasal decongestant.

And all tylenol pm contains is tylenol and what's in benedryl. If you don't have the headache, just take the benedryl and you'll be sleepy in no time...

Simply Sleep is put out by Tylenol with the same stuff that put in Tylenol PM without the acetaminophen. Too much acetaminophen isn't good for you, so taking the Simply Sleep will get you the effect of Tylenol PM with just the sleep ingredient. But, if it's just an occasional thing, the Tylenol PM would be fine - as with any Tylenol, of course.

Take it EARLY though. If I need to get up at 4:30am (and I do when I go to work!), I take it at 6:30pm. I have a high tolerance, so it'll usually kick in around 8pm and I'll wake up OK at 4:30.

I've taken the Tylenol Simply Sleep several times before. Even though it says take at bedtime, it takes at least an hour and a half to kick in. For me anyway.

Unfortunately, it's not like anesthesia where you take it and go out right away. There isn't that element of control where you can take it at 10:00 after Desperate Housewives and be asleep by 10:05.

If there are any pharmaceutical people out there.....this is something the world needs! OTC anesthesia!

I sometimes take tylenol pm. I only take one and it does it for me.
