I love their Potato-Wrapped Red Snapper and my wife always orders the Oak-Grilled Maine Diver Scallops. On occasion, depending upon our hunger level, we share the mussels as an appetizer.
You beat me to that one. It's DW's favorite. It took me many tries, but I fianlly figured out the recipe.
Other faves:
Apps: Calamari; Chardonnay steamed mussels
Main courses (this is tough since the menu changes frequently): Oak grilled scallops with seasonal risotto (can't go wrong with this one); yellowfin tuna loin; pumpkin seed crusted tilapia (this was a new one in January...the fish was raised in The Land, so it doesn't get any fresher)
Desserts: the cheese course, Valrhona chocolate cake, pecan tart
We loved the calamari. The dipping sauce was awesome. The crab cakes were good. But we're in Md and it's just not the same. The snapper is just wonderful. I always get that. My dh has tried the pork chops and the steak, both great.
