We are gluten-free & dairy-free and have heard rave after rave about Chef TJ's ability to wow those with dietary restrictions. My window for advanced reservations for our September trip opened today & I want to reserve 2 nights at O'hana. I remember seeing a few months ago where someone had posted Chef TJ had 2 particular nights in a row off, but can't find the post. We only want to eat there when he will be preparing our food.
