What nights are Grad nights in June?

Thanks for that info. Do you know what time the parks close on these dates when they have Grad Nights and Blast off?
TIA!
I have heard 8pm. Or it could be 7pm. Or heck, was it 5?

But I would go with 8. But someone should definitely confirm. ;)

Based on June 2008:

DL closed at 9:00pm on Grad Nights in June

DCA closed at 7:00pm on Grad Nights in June

Here's a link to the June 2008 calendar:

Last year the Grad Nights in June were held on:
Thursday, June 5, 2008
Wednesday, June 11, 2008
Thursday, June 12, 2008
Thursday, June 19, 2008

HTH :earsboy:

I am wondering this myself as we will be there 6/10 through 6/12 so it looks like we will have 2 grad nights then a Friday night! :scared1:

How bad are the crowds during the day of a Grad Night?

I'm really concerned about this as well. I posted a poll. Hopefully some of the locals or people who go during June will respond to the the poll and we shall see...I've been in DL when it was insanely busy over the last week or 2 of the Holiday overlay and it wasn't fun. But standing in 75 minute lines when it's cold out is a lot more bearable than doing it when it's hot/humid. :scared1:That's got to be way worse. :scared:
I did see that the SoCal passes are blocked out during the Wed-Sat in that week and the rest of summer. The reason they block them is because Disney is expecting higher crowds due to the Summer holiday. However, because of all the Deluxe AP specials that they were running the last few months, I'm sure a lot of people just ended up getting a DAP instead of a Socal AP. DAPs are only blocked out on Saturdays.:scared:

We have DAPs too but don't need to go to the parks since we are flying out on Saturday. My guess is that it won't be as crowded as Christmas but will be busy, like a summer day. We get there early and we can handle it since we were just there in December. Besides it will be good practice for when we go to WDW the week before Christmas -- now that will be crowded! :scared1: :santa:

the same night???? Based on my WDW experience, I thought they only closed one park. If they close both parks I guess I need to call and get dinner ressies somewhere for the 4th...I know my boys won't want to head back to the hotel at 9 p.m.!!!

It would appear that DCA closes earlier than DL (as they usually do), but they will have the following happening in DCA. From the Blast off/Grad night link posted earlier:
We've got Blast Off — an optional pre-Grad Nite event that's just what you need to get pumped up to party. How does two extra hours Disney excitement at Paradise Pier in Disney's California Adventure® Park sound? Get vertical on the Maliboomer, go for a 360° spin on California Screamin', and take a terrifying plummet on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
Unfortunately, as is becoming the norm, the DL website -- less than 2 months out of the dates you'll be there -- is still not updated to show any calendar info! :headache:

DisneySuiteFreak, according to Disney Dining (I just made my PS dining reservations) DL will close at 9 p.m. on 6/10 and 6/11 -- they are both Grad Nights. Sorry! I forgot to ask about DCA hours.

I am sure that we will both be fine and will have a great time!
