Typically, formal night is night 2 and semi-formal is night 6 (as noted on the list).

In order for the rotations/menus/theme nights to work out, that's what DCL has set up.

You will have a different menu in each MDR each night, so, even when you repeat a dining room immediately, you will have a different selection of food.
