What next?

I booked a 2BR for July for me and DH, plus my daughter's family (they live on base on the island). We will have their car so we can go off site to eat, although I do want to do the character breakfast.
Is there anything I need to do NOW? book anything?

If you want a cabana, you can book that now (assuming there are any left). My dates changed from March to July, and I had to cancel spa, luau, some restaurant reservations, kids club, private portraits, etc. Have to wait until 30-90 days out to book most everything else, depending on the activity. There might be some excursions that let you book further out, but based on how my husband already moved our dates once, I am not booking those less than 90 days out either.
