Hubby & I have been to WDW together 7 times now & are looking for some new restaurants to try to add to our list of favorites. Here's what we're trying to decide between:

- Alfredo's at Epcot
- Boma (love it at Breakfast!!)
- 'Ohana (also love it at Breakfast!!)

If you have any other suggestions, I'm open to those, too! Thanks so much for any advice!! :)

DH and I love Italian food and can't wait to try Alfredo's. We've been to WDW together twice, but have never gone. We were going to try to go last time, but didn't make it there. As you can see, we've got a long time to go before we go back to WDW and can try it.

Excellent Italian food is a dime a dozen in my area (and within my own family) and in my experience eating at Alfredo's was less than stellar considering the price.

Boma's was our absolute best dining experience when we were at the world earlier this month.

Everyone has got to try Boma at least once
(or several times, for that matter :rotfl: )

Ohana with Boma as another good choice. I just like the food slightly better at Ohana, though Boma is also excellant. Alfredo's has been compared to Chef Boyardee in my family.

We've never thought Alfredo's was that great - tried it once, that was enough for me!

O'hana was nice, but not spectacular. once was enough.

Boma, on the other hand, is wonderful! Love the opportunity to try different foods, while there are also the safe, tried and true selections for more picky eaters like my DH. I definitely recommend Boma!

Of the three listed in the poll, most people are disappointed in Alfredo's. The general reaction is that you can get just a good/better Itialian food in your home town. Service can be spotty too.

Boma is a very nice buffet so there are a lot of choices to satisfy everybody. It also gives you a good chance to check out the AKL, which is an adventure in itself.

'Ohana is a great/fun meal. Very different experience. That's the one I voted for.

Other favorites that weren't in the poll, Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge, Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club, Gullivers at the Swolphin, and the Flying Fish at Boardwalk.

I chose 'Ohana. To me it's a fun, very Disney experience. If you can get to try two, definitely try Boma. Lots of interesting choices.

'Fredo's is our all time favorite WDW restaurant. I think your choices all have merit, it depends on what you like. :earsboy:

Boma and Ohana would be my choices. I definately liked eating at both these
places last month. :wizard:

:earsboy: DH and I love Alfredo's. Since the first time we ate there, we don't go to WDW without eating there. I've never been to Boma, but have advanced reservations for our next trip already! Hope you have a great trip!

Thanks for all the great advice!! So far it looks like Boma is leading with 'Ohana coming in 2nd. We had a ressie for Boma last trip, but didn't end up making it there. Thanks again & keep all the votes coming! :teeth:

Of those I have only eaten at Ohana's and Boma. I really don't know which of those two I would pick. I don't think you'll find either one to be a "keeper" really. I voted for Ohana, but I've heard complaints about the new menu. Lots of people do like Boma, we didn't, but either one gets both good and bad reviews and you should probably try them in order to see if you would. Both have EXCELLENT desserts. I think it was the best part of Boma's buffet, but so was the dessert at Ohana's.

Not sure what you have or haven't tried, but so far Le Cellier, Artist Point, Grand Floridian Cafe, and Olivia's are our not to be missed favorites.
