What new park developments are you most excited about from #D23?

I'm currently watching the D23 live stream, and while I've definitely been annoyed/impatient through a lot of the filler talk, some of the new ideas look promising! I'm really excited about the possible MK expansion behind Big Thunder: Encanto, Coco, villains?!?!? Yes, please! And Moana and Zootopia in AK? Please!

Thoughts?

ALL of the new LANDS!

MK lands are so far off my bingo card, and I couldn't be more thrilled.

So happy AK getting some love and both those lands are perfect.

1. Villains Kingdom
2. Bluesky
3. Encanto/Coco
4 Everything else....

I felt it was a bit lackluster, Moana already is getting Epcot themed stuff, Zootopia is cool, but I still think an Indiana Jones themed area would dwarf anything out of those IP's. Also, Animal Kingdom NEEDED a new area, passing it off to the future doesn't seem like a good idea.

Hollywood Studios was neglected, people can talk about Galaxy's Edge, but it was nearly four years ago now, we have to stop calling it new at some point.

Did Disney "announce" the new MK and AK lands? Or did they say something along the lines of, "Here's some ideas we're tossing around for possible park expansions someday in the future."? Or somewhere in between? At past D23 events, did Disney may similar statements that never went anywhere? I'm just trying to figure out whether I should be getting excited about these developments, taking them with a grain of salt, or laughing them off as pure daydreaming and puffery.

They were never announced but just possible additions that may or may not happen. My guess it was only mentioned as they really had nothing substantial coming and needed to sell hope.

Well it's not like they've had a global pandemic/complete shutdown to deal with for the last almost 30 months. Geez, how dare they.
Tell that to Universal. They are dealing with the same thing. Yet they have no issue building a whole new park to open in 3 years. Same with other parks across the country. Yet Disney gets a pass. I think I know the answer to that.
