Hi

I am thinking of going to floirda either November,December, January or February, could I please get everyones opinion on what month would be best for weather. I would like to be able to use the pool and not freeze and hopefully get some sun!!

I look forward to hearing from you.

We went in Nov 2008 and the weather was variable. Most days it was in the late 70s or early 80s but there were a couple of days when it was in the 60s and way too cold to swim. It was very dry though with no rain.

This year I believe they had snow in Orlando at the start of the year but usually it is in the 70s. Hit and miss I'm afraid for the weather around most of the periods you are asking about - still generally warmer than here and it is better to be cold (relatively) in WDW than freezing in the UK.

Hi

We have gone in December for the last 9 years on the run.:santa:

Over the last nine years we had one year were it was REALLY cold :scared1for a week or so :think it was about 6yrs ago(but my memory isnt great!!!:confused3) and December just gone wasnt too warm on some days although did have some nice days over the three weeks we were there and were still able to use the pool most days.

Just a thought but you also might want to consider if there is anything that you would like to see that you havnt seen before ie, parks decorated for Christmas or Halloween etc.

Hope you manage to make your decision soon!!!:banana:

If your main reason for going is to get some sun then I would avoid these 4 months and March. You won't know until you get there if its warm enough, upto end of Oct and from mid April you can almost guarantee warmer weather, but from early Nov thru mid April its pot luck. Could be nice but could also have a cold front passing thru.

I agree that none are ideal and guaranteed nice weather.
If choosing between the 4 I would definitely say November.
January & February likely to be colder, especially early in the morning and the evening.

of your choices, i'd say November...although november can also have cool weather..

when DD and i were there 2 years ago, we had to wear light jackets every single day (mid november)...

but you'll still have a better chance of warmer weather in november, than in dec, jan or feb.

Like others have said, hit and miss at these times. We have been three times in feb, 4 yrs ago it was hot during the day cold at night which was fine, then 2years ago it was chilly, but sunny most days.
A friend has just returned and she said she never got to wear her bikini and had to wear clothes that she would wear here.
