What Moment gives You 'Goosebumps'??

2 things that get me everytime...seeing Cinderellas Castle from the monorail.......and when the man talking just before Illuminations blows out the fire around World Showcase like their candles, because now I know what is to come. Im getting goosebumps just writing about it!

Each trip it is something different

Pocahontas singing colors of the wind at the AK show

The Circle of life song at the Lion King Show

I dont know the name of it but the end of the show in front of the castle

Once Upon a Dream
From: Sleeping Beauty
Written by: Sammy Fain and Jack Lawrence
Performed by: Mary Costa [Briar Rose], Bill Shirley [Prince Phillip], Chorus

[Briar Rose:]
I know you, I walked with you once upon a dream
I know you, the gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam
Yet I know it's true that visions are seldom all they seem
But if I know you, I know what you do
You love me at once, the way you did once upon a dream

But if I know you, I know what you do
You love me at once

[Prince Phillip and Briar Rose:]
The way you did once upon a dream

[Prince Phillip:]
I know you, I walked with you once upon a dream
I know you, the gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam

[Chorus:]
And I know it's true that visions are seldom all they seem
But if I know you, I know what you do
You love me at once, the way you did once upon a dream

(happy ferret dance)

My biggest goosebump moments always come at night in the parks. Whether it is walking through innoventions plaza, with the fibreoptic lighting effects while the songs of old Epcot attractions play in the background, or taking a lonely evening stroll around Echo lake when the park is almost empty, or, best of all, taking that walk back toward the Train Station from the Castle after the park has closed and the people have mostly gone. My feet are always so tired, but DW's hand is always in mine, and we both just listen to the instrumental version of "When you wish upon a star" as it escorts us to our waiting monorail, boat or bus. Nothing beats that one for me.

Driving into the orlando city limits
Walking into the lobby at Coronado Springs
Spaceship Earth
Walking onto main street
any of the parks at night...

It was always the second the music started playing for the "Electric Light Parade" as a kid......right now I'm getting goosebumps when I see Mickey Mouse on television...I'm expecting to start bawling when we walk up to the entrance of WDW the first day!!!

I always get a lump in my throat when riding the ferry boat to the MK. I have to bite my lip not to cry while riding on Cinderella's Carrousel & seeing the castle with DD's.

It's hard to really pinpoint those special goose bump/lump in the throat/tear in the eye moments. There are just so many!

Walking down Main Street for the first time each trip. The excited squeals of delight from children AND adults. The far off rumble of Big Thunder Mountain. The tinny yet lilting quality of the piped in music in Fantasy Land. The constant shuffle of feet while in line for your favorite attraction. The soaring sounds of a parade just around the corner. The howl of a wolf (or is it a coyote?). "Have a magical day!" Being greeted in multiple languages around the World Showcase. Biting into a rock hard frozen Mickey treat. The bubbly futuristic music as you enter Epcot. The super airconditioned chill down your back as you enter any attraction. The relief of sitting for a change. Smoked turkey legs. The odd yet charming uniforms cast members wear at Epcot's entrance. The Disney "point." Illuminations. Cinderella's Castle. Tree of Life. Streetmosphere performers. Spaceship Earth. Characters, characters, characters. "New Year's Eve" at Pleasure Island. World of Disney. Foot long hot dogs. Icestation Cool. Kilamanjaro Safari. The music. The sounds. The smells.

Spending a magical vacation, your loved one(s) around you, smiling ear to ear, as you enjoy yet another week in truly the Happiest Place on Earth.

That moment when you first step on to Main Street.

At Fantasmic at the end when Mickey says "some imagination, huh?"

The fireworks at MK.

Illuminations! Love that show. Never get tired of it.

At Festival of the Lion King when the girl is flying around and the music "can you feel the love tonight" - gets me every time.

Face it, I'm a sap.

Let's see my goosebumps moments are:

First Castle Sighting of the trip
Riding in the front of the monorail rounding spaceship earth
Belle's arrival in Cinderella's Surprise Celebration
The Second the light's go out for SpectroMagic
All of Illuminations esp. the begining

So many more I could list but this are the top ones that get me in the mood for some disney magic. Just thinking about em makes me wish I was there right now.:(

We love them all!

We have tons too, but especially

The Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Tip for Today,
the powder soap they used to use in the bathrooms,
the McDonalds by the entrance,

and the nasty water in the fountains gives me goosebumps, too, but for the wrong reasons...

On my DW and my first solo trip to WDW, just after 9/11, we were at the American pavilion in EPCOT when American Vibe sang the National Anthem. It started with a few from the troupe dressed in colonial garb, then about midway through they were joined by the second half of the group who were standing in the balcony and dressed as vacationers. With the crowd joining in and the cheering at the end it was just remarkable.

Seeing the Castle for the first time both driving up and walking onto Main Street!

Definitely the opening celebration at MK.....When I hear the first few notes of music and I se the train full of characters pull up, I just well up. That's when it really hits me, I am so lucky to be in such a magical place!

The music after Illuminations ends.
Spectro music.
When my DH sat beside me during wishes and leaned in to tell me he was so happy he was here at this moment with me. That he wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

And we get to do it all again in 4 days!!! :cheer2:

I get goosebumps the minute we drive through the main gate, because I am finally "home". I cry through the whole illuminations. I don't know why, but I can't stop and my family makes fun of me.

Mine is definately when Wishes begins. I realize that my dreams have come true when I am standing there with my family....I love Disney World!!! :wizard:
