What might I be forgetting?

We leave in 3 days and I think I am all packed. We HAVE NOT packed DS or DH's meds yet. DS has autism, DH has MS....so, what is something I might have forgotten?? (I will NOT forget the stroller wheelchair for DS or DH's scooter--I HOPE!)
Also, do you have any suggestions for small, non-noisy toys for the trip down for the van? I have a 10yo dd, my 7yo ds with autism, and my 6yo ds. Chandler, my 7yo, really doesn't need anything toy wise (he still doesn't play yet) but we are taking his chewy tube, DVD's for the player, and some of his favorite balls in a cup. Any ideas for either him or the other kids? I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!

Your 10 year old might love the hand held game 20Q- everyone can play together or she can play alone. I bet your 6 year old can play too (with a little help).

You think of anything and then answer 20 yes/no questions and this magic little toy guesses what you are thinking of. It is surprisingly correct most of the time.

It's great for lines and stuff too because it's small enough for a pocket.

I got 2 at Target in the toy isle near the hand held games. I bet Toys R Us or Walmart in the toy isle would have them if there is no Target near you.

Its small (size of your palm)

I think it was $10.

I'm 21 and my friends and I loved it on our trip (I got one for a 10 year old too...)

You know, when I told my dh about it, he said he wanted to play with it too...me, too! That thing sounds cool--I am going to scour the stores while kids are in school today. Thanks for the wonderful idea!
