I found a calculator that was an Excel spreadsheet but I have changed computers and can't figure out where I save it. Does anyone know where on the web this tool is located? My searches are coming up empty handed.

TIA!!!

I found the tool but it doesn't include CP package. So I think it is skewed.

Anyway, I need your expert opinion. We are checking in on Dec. 15 and departing early morning on Dec. 22. We have the regular dining plan. 4 Disney adults and 1 Disney child (who can out eat all of us! Hallow leg!)

Dec. 15
Lunch @ Intermission
Dinner @ HDDMR

Dec. 16
Breakfast @ Intermission OOP
Lunch @ Yak & Yeti (CS)
Dinner @ CS at Epcot (not sure yet, maybe Fish & Chips...)

Dec. 17
Breakfast @ Intermission OOP
Lunch @ BOG (CS)
Dinner: Cosmic Rays

Dec. 18
Breakfast: Captain Cooks (CS)
Lunch @ Sunshine Seasons (or other CS)
Dinner: CP package at Biergarten (OOP? instead of 2 TS credits?)

Dec. 19
Breakfast: Starring Rolls (something OOP)
Lunch: 50's Prime
Dinner: Backlot Express (or other HS CS)

Dec. 20
Breakfast: 1900 PF
Lunch: Epcot Counter Service (maybe Mexican?)
Dinner: DD Wolf Gang Express

Dec. 21
Breakfast: Ohana
Lunch: F! Mama Melrose
Dinner: CS at HS

Dec. 22
Breakfast; Grab and go at intermission (use leftover snack credits?)

I'm not at all concerned about balancing CS. We will use all of those and then start paying OOP as needed.

Any suggestions for what would be best to pay out of pocket and make it so that less leaves our pocket? We order whatever we want without price consideration and our bill usually is average. (DH oders steak and I'll get a cheaper sandwich or salad.)

The Biergarten CP pkg is below the value of a TS for adults, but it would be a lot of money leaving your pocket for four adults. AND if you decide OOP here, then you need another TS to make your seven total. Whatever you decide, you DO need to use credits for your Disney child here.

Your Ohana and 1900 Park breakfasts will run you about $27 per adult. Again, use child credits even here. Your child OOP needs to be at an a la carte since almost all kids TS are $9.99.

50s Prime Time might be your best bet. You could easily do two meals with credits and two without here. You'd still have two desserts to share. Then just do the same at one of your breakfast buffets. But if no one is ordering the more expensive meals here, you could also do all OOP.

So, would I be better off paying this one OOP and making another TS ADR? I never even thought of using the child credits in that way!

I was counting F! as two for a long time and I forgot that I'm at 7, I was thinking 8 since my brain didn't update.

Thanks for your help! :)

The CP pkg at Biergarten equals out to about the same as your breakfast buffets as far as cost. If there's another TS you want to do, then this would be the way to go. If you're just looking at the least amount of money you need to spend OOP, I'd do 50s or split 50s and one of the breakfasts.
