I asked a CM at one of the food carts where the Frozen Sing Along was, we had about 15 minutes to get there. I went to his cart to get a map and he asked what I was looking for, he answered me and said Oh that's at the back of the park by Lights Motor Action... We walked very quickly to that place, couldn't find it, got a map and realized it was literally 50 feet from his cart. He was kind of snooty acting in the first place and I think he told us that to be a jack@$$. We had to sprint to make it before they closed the door, we were so sweaty and gross and I was livid. I went back to find him but someone else was already working there, luckily for me I remembered his name, had the location he was working and the time and was able to provide it to a manager. Is it the end of the world? No, but I expect more from Disney. I don't care if you are having a bad day or hate people or whatever your problem was, get a new job! You work in customer service and your job is to be helpful even if my question was stupid, seeing how I was 50 feet from the place!
