There's a Tony Roma's just opposite the entrance to DL on Harbor Blvd, and an Outback Steakhouse about three or so blocks south.

If you have a car while at Disneyland I would suggest you try COCO'S. A friend took me to breakfast. I ordered the lobster omelette. I must say I ate every bite --wishing I had more. I am not a breakfast person. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and best of all the food was great. It was not to far from HOJO's but I did not keep track of where we turned. You could google it to get directions. I am not sure if ART runs past it -- it is located at one of the hotels, but silly me I don't remember what one.
