After reading all the posts about people trying for CRT during the first week of october I was getting nervous about calling this morning. I was watching the atomic clock and called at 6:57:30, and they were closed, waited about a minute, called again, went straight through to a live person, no wait at all. I was shocked - had my pick of CRT times - took 8:10 seating on Oct 3rd. Also booked O'hana for dinner at 7:00 p.m. Anyone else have good luck this morning?

After 8 years of calling.....today was finally our day!!! We got 8:55am ressies for CRT. My husband and I were using both cells & the land line, of course the last phone that got through was the first call answered with no wait?

I'm just so happy that our daughter will get to celebrate her birthday with breakfast in the castle :cool1: :cool1: I just hope I'm able to keep it a secret.

Dialed in on my cell phone at 6:56 to hear that they are open; call in right away on home phone to find that they are closed; redialed twice on home phone before being put into cue. That was strange but I figured I was in to one call center on the cell ## and another call center on the land line. No big surprise that cell was answered first at 7:08.

Can I borrow your pixie dust for tomorrow's early call for CRT bkfst??

I got my Le Cellier for the time I wanted!!! I tried on Sunday and was on hold forever & they booked thru 8:30 by the time I spoke to someone. So I am happy today! :goodvibes

I call for Cindy's lunch tomorrow morning. I'll need luck tomorrow too.

I got reservations for 18 at Crystal Palace at 5:10 p.m. and lunch for 10 at CRT at 12 noon. We could have gotten breakfast reservations at CRT no problem, but I wanted to check out the lunch menu.

Wish me luck tomorrow! We need ressies for 18 at Le Cellier!

Good luck to all!

Today must have been a light day. My wife and neighbor called this morning, my wife got in and mad the reservations for 7 at 8:15, and then was able to get ressies for my neighbor (who mistakenly listened to the prompts instead of doing "1", "1" immediately) for 5 at the same time, from the same CM. Took us 4 days to get ressies a couple years ago, and even then it was a later time than we wanted.

Wonder if people were whipped from 4th of July festivities, and slept in. At any rate, all of our plans were made around our CRT breakfast, so now we are golden. the other AR's should be cake.

I got CRT yesterday. I called on 2 phones starting at 6:57am. I got straight through & got the time I wanted 10am! Since yesterday was the 4th I had hoped people would not be calling like usual so that's why I tried CRT that day. Today I was calling for LeCellier, waited on hold for 40 mins & it was booked until 8:30 so I tried Biergarten & got that!

Yup, I was!! Today was my day to call for our arrival day reservations so we just needed dinner at 'Ohana. I remembered 2 1/2 hours late. I was still able to get the exact time I wanted though, so it worked out. Tomorrow is Cindy's - sure hope I don't forget again!

Pixie dust :wizard: going out to everyone trying to get CRT or any other adr that they want. I am also trying tomorrow for Le Cellier as Oct 4th is our wedding anniversary - I guess I have to get up early again and try my luck!!

All I was trying for today was Fantasmic. Because only early times are released now, I slept in. Tomorrow is a get up early day to get a breakfast seating early early at CP. Then the rest are sleep in days.

How difficult is it to get Le Cellier for the time you want? We have it chalked in as a dinner one day, I figured it wouldn't be difficult to get for around 5-6pm, but I saw a post where someone said they were booked til 8:30pm the day they wanted...is that normal? I can't imagine it'd be as difficult as CRT.

I'm thinking everyone that has free dining and is on the internet, know to call and get an AR! The secret is out!! :rotfl:

The earliest I have called is 9:30 and sometimes 5:00 pm, I was able to get all the ones I wanted and the times I wanted. The only time that wasn't available was 6:30 for party of 6 at LeCellier, they could give us 2 tables of 3 though so we took that.

It's definatley became a hot ticket because of the free dining. I see on other threads that people are getting turned away as walk ups and as adr's it's booked until later at night. To be on the safe side, I'm going to call early tomorrow morning. Le Cellier has been tapped as one of the best deals when using the dining plan so everyone wants to try it out, or return if they've been there before.
