.....do you save and collect from WDW, to take home and scrap with your pics? I'd love to hear about some creative items....I'm only thinking about boring things like restaurant napkins, etc.....

Thanks! :earsgirl:

I scrap used passes and park maps. I let my son get lots of pressed pennies too.

How do you attach/incorporate the pressed pennies to your page?

I also saved for future scrapping: used passes, maps/brochures, receipts, transportation documents, hotel room pass key.

I forgot to list Disney Dollars! Saved a few for future scrapping.

I use glue dots.

I saved: coasters, menus (if paper), unused FastPass tickets, tags from souvenirs, store/park maps and brochures, matchbooks (a non-smoker, but I tend to ask for them at bars), golf scorecard if playing mini golf, and many of the things already mentioned.

I usually save a ton of things and then do not end incorporating them into my pages. (I'm worried about the acid-free thing and won't spend the $$ to buy that spray stuff.)

I've also saved confetti/streamers from the opening ceremonies at MK! Plan to use them in "shaker boxes", borders, and anything else I can come up.

I have also scrapped pressed pennies....I have used two large clear photo corners and slid the pennies into them. That way they can be removed it you would like. I have seen them scrapped with a small enevelope made from a page protector.

If you don't have extra FAST PASS' you can ask a CM for an expired on...it's like they know us scrappers!!! :teeth:

I have used the photo pass, monrail ticket for riding up front, anything I can get from the hotel...map, stationary, coaster, postcards.....

Don't forget to get postcards!! Especially of the rides and fireworks. They are great back-ups if your pictures don't turn out.

I usually get several copies of the maps, one to keep in tack and the others to cut up and include on my pages.

If you paper piece....remember to buy a coloring book. You can get some really neat pictures. (I have them all....just haven't been able to master the whole paper piecing thing yet :confused3 )

Hope that helps!!

I scrap it all- but I do keep the "junk" away from pictures by either using a Postcard on that page/ making it a pocket page or just using distance in my favor :)

One thing I did when I as cleaning out my stash of things I *really* didnt need anymore but still wanted (usually extra copies of stuff) is that I did a 16 x 20 collage of the Disneyland stuff that includes: the back of my alltime fav DL shirt, old postcards/ FPs, smashed pennies, a pin or two, antenna ball, guest of honor tag, a mark twain pilot certificate and a bunch of other stuff- I think it turned out really really kewl and I hope to eventually have enough WDW stuff to do the same thing

Don't forget about the cards that they write down your picture number from like Splash Mountain, ToT, RnRC.
