What kind of stove do you have?

I have to replace our electric range. its a glass top, Maytag brand........but its time for a new one, since the oven blew out!
so what do you love and hate about your stove?

I don't even know what brand it is off the top of my head, but it is gas! And after years and years of using electric stoves I will not go back to using electric.

Can you hold out at all? I think they are doing an appliance clunkers rebate offer soon. I have a thermador oven and a foster cooktop. Picked the Thermador as it was higly rated by consumer reports and cheaper than the Miele I really wanted.

I have a GE PROFILE in my MA home. Great stove.

I don't even know what brand it is off the top of my head, but it is gas! And after years and years of using electric stoves I will not go back to using electric.

I have gas in our CA home and I will tell you, I absolutely love gas cooking.

Dacor dual fuel 6 burner. Similar to a Viking. I don't cook much, but DH loves it. The stove top is a stinker to clean though.

Right now I have a run of the mill electric stove. When it is time to get a new one I would like to get gas for the cooktop with a convection oven. I have been looking at the new induction cooktops though, they look quite interesting. Does anyone have one?
