I've been wearing my Crocs for a couple of months and think they feel a lot better with socks. I wear them to my preschool job where I'm on my feet a lot and have never had a problem. This past weekend, I wore them in Las Vegas and did a ton of walking. The first night, I wore them with some thin dress socks and I got a huge blister on the ball of my foot after a couple of hours. The next day I wore socks that were just a little thicker and didn't have any further problems (except for the blister that still hurt).
To the Croc experts - do you think it was the type of socks I wore that caused the blister or (heaven forbid!) my Crocs! I supposed I would do better with some thicker socks but I don't want to wear athletic socks with my Crocs because it would look funny. My Crocs are navy blue and I usually wear them with jeans so I wear blue socks that blend in.
I'd like to wear my Crocs on my WDW trip in Dec. but I don't want to get another huge blister. Help me Croc people! Thanks!
