It fails. it hardley works or anything and I've never dropped it and i don't use it obsessingly (is that even a word? lol ;D)
The screen is flipped the opposite way than its supposeed to be permanatly, the camera doesn't work and the a, e, and o buttons don't work.

i have the env2 in black.
when i first got it it was really good, then it started messing up and i got about seven replacements for it.
but the replacement i have now is doing really good. i've even treated this one like crap and its holding out really well.

it shuts off when im texting, but doesnt shut off when i accidently drop it.
