What kind of lobster at Cap'n Jacks at DTD?

I just read that Cap'n Jacks in DTD serves twin lobster tails. Being from New England my family is picky about lobster. Does anyone know if it's New England lobster? Anyone try their clam chowder? I'd love to celebrate my DH and my 21st Anniversary there in November but am curious where the lobster comes from.

If they're serving just the tails it won't be a Maine lobster. "Lobster tail" typically come from the warm-water lobsters that don't have the big front claws. I'd also be very surprised if they weren't frozen.
