What kind of Hotel/Ticket discounts do you get through AAA?

Right now we are going on the 21st through the free dinning offer. We might want to go back around March next year. What kind of deals would we get through AAA? Is it something worth the cost of purchasing AAA? I have a car, but are there really enough perks to buy ?

I booked our 2006 trip through Disney and then called AAA to find out that I could save $500 with a package through them. So I cancelled through Disney and went through AAA. I'm curious too...it seems too good to be true, but I'm curious as to what others have to say about it.

I just booked a room using the AAA discount and saved 30 bucks a night. I will probably try and order my park tickets through them too and see if it saves me money.

We booked the Beach Club and tickets for our stay through AAA and got 15% off rack rate and published ticket rates.

We have booked a room through AAA and have always saved money, but ususally buy tickets from ticketmania. They seem to be cheaper. But AAA had other discounts at other places that can be used at any time, discounts on movie tickets, car repairs, too many things to mention. Plus if your car ever breaks down, they will come to your aid. I think in general the membership will pay for itself.

We just got an offer to allow my DH to join for free if I got a membership. Of course, the offer came AFTER I had already purchased my membership.
