I want to take a variety of thin papers and tear them into large pieces (probably approx 3in each) overlap them, and glue them to some cardstock to make a background paper of all the different patterns. What sort of glue should I use? I don't have much around: 2 Zig glue sticks, Elmers, rubber cement, and probably some tacky glue. I don't want to warp the paper.

I can get to the LSS tomorrow if I need to, but if I can use something on hand that would be great.

I seldom to never use glue scrapbooking. I always use adhesive tape. The only time I used glue was modge podge for an altered paint can.

Could you use spray adhesive?

Went to the LSS this morning and they recommended a Uhu glue stick so I am going to use that.

When I have done that before I put the big pieces through my Xyron, then tore them smaller and then adhered them............P
