What kind of backpack do you use?

Hello all!
I'm an AP user and frequent visitor to DL. I usually bring a backpack to keep things I bought, camera, snacks, etc. I have been using the Mickey backpack they offered when purchasing a certain amount; you got the pack for a certain price. I like the pack, but I need more room, pocket, etc. ( I like to be organized and not just shove things in).

Any recommendations on brand and model of backpack that you like to use? Any help would be appreciated!

Look into day packs that are used by bicyclists. Lots of pockets, mesh areas inside and much smaller than 'regular' backpacks...but can hold quite a large amount.

I use a FUL brickhouse sling pack. Decent room, and don't have to take it off to get on rides.

We just use a regular backpack we picked up at Costco. Never had any problems with it on rides.

RAYA by Thermos. It's actually insulated which is great to hold water and fruit.

We use a Camelback brand, because we love having ice cold water all day. Plus, you can put small snacks like string cheese or yogurt down in with the water bladder, and it will keep them cold, too!

Just bought one of these this summer. Used it at a local amusement park and will use it for DLR this fall. So far, we like it.

we usually carry those small cinch bag backpacks. They are very small and each of the kids can easily carry their own items.

I personally dont like sling packs as they dont have proper cushion and comfort. I opted for a small backpack which I wore entire day to store snacks, camera and books (still regret carrying them) during my visit at park. I have a backpack from Eagle Creek luggage which I am just addicted to and carry it almost everywhere!

I don't like sling backpacks either. Anything that is pulling on one side during long days at Disneyland makes my back and neck hurt. And I too am giggling that you brought books...were you going to read the Hunger Game series while spinning in the teacups? Don't worry I am a book lover too.

My husband got me one at REI that is a small backpack, really light, two spots on the side for water bottles and it has a breathable foam and fabric on the part that is agains your back, and it has lots of pockets- works great!

I bought this one about five years ago.

It was about $40 and has a ton of room. Opened up, it has movable Velcro panels that can adjust to fit water bottles, snacks etc... as well as all your camera needs. I can get a little bulky after a day of cramming the kid's souvenirs from the park into it, but overall I highly recommend it.

Not sure if you have kids or not, but we use a diaper bag backpack from DadGear.com. It has a total of 13 pockets and a wipes case that is on the outside of the bag, very handy. I know that even when my kids are out of diapers we will still be carrying this bag to the parks. It makes it easy to stay organized.
