What kind and how many animals do you have?

I have 3 cats....and would love more, but I need more room..so I guess I need to buy a house....

1 dog, 1 cat. Dog is a Shih-Tzu and the cat I adopted from the humane society when I was a volunteer there. She is probably 8, the dog is 4. They're spoiled rotten, both of them!

2 Siamese cats that are sisters and were adopted from Humane Society at 6 weeks. They will be 5 in June and are named Wendy and Minnie.

2 Diamondback terripins-found just after hatching. Frances is 10 yo and Rubberneck is 9.

We have 2 absolutely adorable Lionhead rabbits, one almost 3 years and one 7 months. (See avatar for our 3 year old.) :lovestruc

Good luck with that ...most fosters fail fostering and become adopters :lmao:
I speak from experience..everybody here is a rescue including our horse, she came from Canada Couldn't picture life w/o any of them

We have a foster right now and I want to keep him! He is a pug/boxer/something else mix.

We also have three of our own dogs, a husky, a dachshund, and a little mutt that they think is dachshund/black lab mix.

-7 year old Beagle
-6 year old Cat
-2 year old Cat

We have reached our limit. While we adore them all, they are enough. We probably won't get another dog again after the Beagle. We probably could handle 3 cats, but I think 2 is a good number for us :thumbsup2

DH has a chocolate Lab.

I have a black cat indoors, and a black outdoor cat as well.

man our house is pet light compared to you all:

we have one long haired calico @10 years old...Pearl was a rescue and is assumed to be about that old.

Ferret of unknown age....Dude showed up on our porch one night almost 2 years ago....he is DD17's boyfriend...though DD13 just told her tonight he's been stepping out on her with the local racoon:rotfl: yup...they are nut, just like their mama:lmao:

Oh Baby! You are starting my day with a great laugh! Thank you Now I say we all head over to the Photography Pets thread and post away I would love to see them all......(anyone else reading and hearing in their head, "and a Partridge in a Pear Tree?")

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats (all rescues), as well as 1 hamster (a little robo hammy) and 4 fish (zebra danios).

My daughter wants a horse badly (she has been in riding lessons for awhile)... but that isn't happening anytime soon.

We have two Golden Retrievers. One is perfect and the other one...:rolleyes1

We also have 2 stray cats. (Although people tell me since we've had them over 10 years and take them to the vet they aren't strays anymore but actually ours!:confused3)

11 cats

Guinevere- 15 yr old female Tabby with white
Angel- 9 yr old female Tri-color
Fluffy- 9 yr old female (Angel's sister) grey tabby

From same litter:
Boo - 2 yr old female Tortie
Beau - 2 yr old male Grey Tabby with white

1 indoor kitty, Mocha Latte (or as my son likes to call her, "Crappacino") who is part siamese, part Maine Coon and part farm cat and is almost 1 year old
1 dog, Dara Paulette who we just adopted from a rescue, some kind of terrier, approximately 2 y.o.
1 bunny, Mopsy, 1 y.o.
1 goat, named "Goat", female, sweet as pie, angora and nubian
1 calf, holstein, born over a month early who I am feeding twice daily by bottle until she's big enough to go into the herd
and a ton of barn cats--Tippy, Feisty, Matilda, Angelica, Ariel, Angel Lily, Sparkle, Captain Jack, Jasmine, Rajah, Bubba, Shadow, Ralph and 3 or 4 that thankfully my children have not yet named because once they are named....there's no giving them away!

We have 8 cats that are officially ours, aged 6-17. We feed a few in our neighborhood, 2 of which we don't know if they have a home. They sleep in our house sometimes.

I have 2 inside cats and we'll be getting a puppy in June/July. Someones dog we know is pregnant and due sometime this month :) I also have 2 unoffical outside cats. They are my neighbors but I take care of them more than her. One of them just had kittens. I plan on taking them to get spayed/nutered ASAP. I could care less what my neigbor says about that. I dont need 100000 cats to feed outside.

One dog, a Gordon Setter, five chickens (and yes they are pets!) and DS10 has two frogs.
getting five more chickens in June...

we personally have an 8 year old cat, Lestat.
We also "live with" three 2 year old kitty siblings: Chicky, Garfield, and Morris.

Four dogs: 3 year old heeler/terrier mix, 3 year old doxie/beagle mix, very old german shepherd mix - vet thinks he's 12 or 13, and a 14 year old toy poodle. All were rescues or strays except the poodle and I sometimes think we need rescuing from him!

Two cats: 5 years old, both were found at about two weeks of age in a dumpster on a 105 degree day in August!:sad2: I am not really much of a cat person but their situation got to me and of course I kept them and became their mommy.

And, yes, I was that kid who brought home every stray animal that I could coerce into following me home. I still want to save them all!
