The construction going on behind Dr. Doom. I saw it from the ride the other day. It looks like they are setting up to pour a foundation.

They have poured the foundation as of Saturday. The building is going to be used for Halloween Horror Nights. During the event, it will be used for a haunted house, and during the "off season" it will be used for HHN storage.
