They have poured the foundation as of Saturday. The building is going to be used for Halloween Horror Nights. During the event, it will be used for a haunted house, and during the "off season" it will be used for HHN storage. There are some pictures of the construction at Hauntfreaks.com in their HHN news and rumors section.
