My favorite subject to photograph is nature, flowers, bugs, trees, etc

So on our Valentines Get-A-Way my husband took me to Longwood Gardens I had a blast, wanna see a few? Well tough look anyway! Im an amateur, I have a Kodak Easy share, and really just like to play with it! One day I will have a big daddy camera, but till then here are a few pics! Enjoy!

My subject usually is Disney.
Mk:
Tom Sawyer Island has some great shots of Thunder Mountain Railroad, Haunted Mansion, and Splash Mountain. Those are where some of my greatest photos come from! The train running through MK has some great ones but I have to work hard to make sure they are in focus. Hey 31/32 photos were in focus! I take photos of the swamp the native american setup, the Contemporary, the swamp, Space Mountain, and The Line for Splash Mountain! I am awful at pictures of the Castle!
Epcot:
I rock at the globe! I am good at the queue area for Mission Space and the outside. I do the outside of test track. I will also do the living with the land boat ride, maelstrom, Circle of Life, the topiarys of Ellen's energy adventure, Cranium Command, world showcase lagoon, the different world showcase pavillions, the multiple gardens, and the monorail going by.
MGM:
I like doing the Great Movie Ride. I also will do Hollywood boulevard, Honey I shrunk the kids movie set, The fountain outside muppet vision 3-d and the queue area, rock and roller coaster car at the entrance, TOT outside, and the Voyage of the little mermaid in the queue area.
AK:
Obviously the Safari! I also get great shots of the tree of life, kali river rapids, It's tough to be a bug, Expedition Everest, Dinousar, and tons of the cool topiaries. This may not have a ton of great photo spots but in my opinion Expedition Everest surely makes up for that!:thumbsup2
The Hotels:
AKL, WL, GF, CR, Poly, BW, BC, YC, and as surprising I'm sure this may be to you all Pop Century. Yes Pop Century. We had a great view of wishes from our window. The grounds of all the resorts and pools are my favorite subjects!
DTD:
I like taking photos of the lake and I'm sad to say that's all I can think of right now.:sad1:

Since I haven't been to WDW yet with my camera - well at least not my DSLR I would have to say my favorite subject has to be my daughters.

I love taking photos of them - trying to capture their many teenaged moods.

DH and I are storm spotters and we are thinking about getting into storm chasing. We just got recertified as spotters and bought a book about chasing while we were at the class.

It has an entire section on photographing storm. My DH has read it, but I haven't yet. I kinda hope we get some really good storms this spring during the daylight hours so I can get some great shots of super cell t-storm formations.

i like photographing my granddaughter since i can try things like lighting, etc and as long as i put something good on tv ( ie dora , diego, wonder pets, all the "must see" shows for 2 yr olds) she's happy with the snap snap snap and never asks to see the results :thumbsup2 :) .

i also really love flowers/gardens so that type of scenery type or macro shots.

like your photo number 3 a lot btw ( the rows of plants)

My favs are the animals at Sea World, especially the sea turtles/ pelicans at Turtle Point. I also like to take pics of their Hawaiian Nene Geese and flamingos.

My kids- without question. Particularly on moving rides for some reason. ;)

the kids by far. they're my guinea pigs and i'm my own worst critic on shots of them.

other than them - pretty much anything else.

I have two favorite subjects: Yosemite National Park and Walt Disney World. Except for the Summertime crowds, it would be difficult to find two places that had less in common. Yosemite is nature at it's best, Walt Disney World is manmade at it's best.

Both are incredible photographic subjects, it is difficult to take a bad photo of either and no matter where you look there is always some subject just waiting to be photographed in a new way.

A trip to both of these wonders in one year makes for a pretty good bunch of photographs!

Three (not necessarily in this order):

Blue Ridge Parkway, third week in October
My 8 YO Daughter
Walt Disney World

If it weren't for those three, why would I even need a camera?

Since I only get to WDW maybe once every 15 - 18 months or less often and when I go my family won't let me stop and take pictures very often!!!!! my favorite things to shoot are my family and my (mis)adventures.

Here are a couple!

Without a doubt, scenery! Doesn't matter if it is flowers, trees, the ocean or Grand Canyon. And I am good at it. I have THE eye. It relaxes me. :D

We went to the Matursi last weekend. All kinds of neat things, people dressed up, sword throwing, drummers, dancers and what did I take photos of? Bonai trees and other plant/flowers! *lmao* I am such a dork!

Yep, same thing with my oldest DS, if he's watching one of those or a similar show than I can snap away.... ON THE OTHER HAND,,, there is DD (turned 2 back in Nov), who after EVERY SINGLE shot, she has to come over to the camera to see the results on the LCD screen. I took a bunch of shots the other day of the kids, the 2 boys were fine, but after every single shot DD came right over to look, then went back to pose for another picture.... she cracks me up!!!

After taking pics of the kids, my favorite subject is what ever comes up next. This weekend my farorite subject will be the USS JFK as it is making a final journey to Boston before being decomissioned on March 23rd. Disney is a favorite subject, but we don't get there often enough. I find myself looking at the lighting at any given time of the day to see what subject would make for a great photo op.

My muse is DD5. She is mostly cooperative (and when she's not in the mood, she can be bribed :cutie: ). I would love to be able to say DS2, but he hates the camera and rarely allows me to get a good picture of him.

how funny, must have been making sure her hair looked good ;) gave gd an old film camera that she so can look through the viewfinder and actually has a battery so it makes a noise when she pushes the button...she's happy with it but says " i got it" after every "shot" . i hope she isn't imitating my unintended dorkiness..I don't do that... i hope! that would be worse than chimping :rotfl: :rolleyes1 :rotfl:
