What is your stupidest decision when planning?

Okay, I have a confession. Planning my last trip I book a FP+ for Anna And Elsa and because I have never done 'princesses' or 'fairies' on my solo trips bottled out for fear of looking daft and cancelled my FP+ only to change my mind two days later, you guessed it, none available for the whole of my trip, went to the standby line, 270 minutes! What an idiot! Won't be making that same mistake on my next trip
Anyone else done anything similarly stupid?
