My Mom and Dad liked bowling, which is fine. But they used to watch the Pro Bowlers Tour on Saturday afternoons on the only TV in the house when there were good kids' shows on. That program was so b-o-r-i-nnnnnng. The announcers talked in whispers, which could put you to sleep. If you were lucky. And here we were as kids knowing that we were missing The Monkees.

The pattern of the traffic signals. My house very close to US 130, and we get lots of overflow through our little town. The lights at intersections are too short, so cars are always zooming by when you need to cross the street.

Worse, as she just died. We didn't mourn much. I mean, poor lady she passed, but she was a crabby old bat. The neighbors on the other side, who moved in about two years ago, do nothing but sit around the backyard smoking joints. I like the neighbors whose backyard borders ours, but I can't say I'd swap with them.
