When I first saw Sleeping Beauty when I was little, Maleficent freaked me out! It's not on the list, but the Wicked Queen from Snow White really scared me, too (especially when she turns into a witch. )

I never found him to be scary, but Captain Hook is by far my favorite Disney villain.
