Everyone always has that one thing that they have to do/eat/drink while down at Disney! For example mine always used to be to make sure I got a turkey leg no matter what when I was younger, and now I make sure I stay for extra magical hours

For my kids and I our must do things while at Disney. Always ride It's a Small world first thing. Our tradition is always arrive on the Sunday drop our stuff at the resort and head to Epcot. Catch the monorail to TTC and then the resort monorail. We walk through the resorts on the monorail line trade some pins and make our way to COntemp to go to Chef Mickey's for dinner. We also always take one day and head to Cocao Beach to collect some shells and hit Ron Jon surf shop then go to Meritt Island wild life refuge and to the manatee lookout.

We always go to MK on our first day at Disney. As soon as we get all our items dropped off at the resort, we are excited to get on over and see the castle! Typically, we do MK traveling to the left first thru Frontierland.
We always have to have a pineapple dole whip and watch Wishes.

I must eat at Columbia Harbor House at least once. ;)

I must se American Adventure at American in Epcot. :goodvibes

I must stand by the Yeti coaster at least once in AK, and then say not this year. :scared:

I eat a mickey bar or mickey crispy every day. NO JUDGING . :p

I always find a smoking section in a park, just to have a few minutes of peace and quiet, and check messages. :coffee:

I eat at Kona, drink loads of kona coffee, and cry when the plans takes off.
 I KNOW I aint the only one.

We do MK on our first day even if it's only for a short while. I also have to see Fantasmic!

A mid-day power nap on the People Mover. :thumbsup2

Our first ride is always Jungle Cruise...its a fun corny way to start our trip :)
We also have to eat a Ham and Apple sandwich from Kringla in Epcot's Norway pavilion.

We have two must activities and two must eats!
  • The very first thing we do upon arriving is head to MK and ride the train completely around the park.
  • We never miss the Muppets 3D at Studios
  • Must have a meal at Germany's Biergarten
  • At least one visit to the Norway bakery for a Kringla Sweet Pretzel - YUM!

Kilimanjaro Safari. It is the one Disney attraction I could never miss if in Orlando for any reason.

Epcot - Soarin
MK - Main Street Confectionery just to take pics and smell the rice krispie treats
DHS - Dessert and french fries at Sci-Fi Dine-in

;)

Dinner at California grill
Ride the monorail
Turkey leg in frontier land
Carmel apple on Main Street
Breakfast at crystal palace

And the best part of every trip, doing "around the world" on emh night at EPCOT and then riding test track and soarin.

Everyone in our family has their own must-do list.
For me, I've gotta have my Dole whip and a Mickey Bar - at least once each. I have to ride It's a Small World - I'm the only one of my crew that likes it, but they all ride it to make me happy. Must ride the safari - and call all the relevant animals by character names, Simba, etc.
My hubby got his first turkey leg on our last trip, and I suspect that will be a tradition for him.
My daughter is also all about the safari. The oldest child's trip isn't complete unless he's been on ToT at least 5 times. And the youngest has to meet characters and pin trade.
And that's the beauty of Disney for us - everyone has special things they want to do, but we all get to accomplish our goals in the same place. :)

This is also why my family continues to go to Disney!
Our must do restaurants are BOG dinner and OHana
Our must do rides are RnR, Toy Story Mania (only with a FP+), Soarin
We also must take time to sarcastically comment on how surprised we are that there is no wait for Living the Land

O'Hana for brkfst, DTD for my yearly Christmas ball, Grey Goose slush in France, Margarita in Mexico, Illuminations!, ToT, RnR

Keep in mind it is not all in one day but spread out over the week :wizard:
