My little sis' first name is (spelled) Jeanne and pronounced Jean but everyone calls her Jean-nee!!!

Yeah, I always hated that, if someone somehow saw my middle name (also Jeanne), they pronounced it Jean-nee. I was just glad it wasn't my first name so I didn't have to deal with that on a regular basis!

Mine is Caryne. Pronouced Care-een (kind of like saying the name "Carrie" with an "n" at the end). Most people pronounce it "Karen" which drives me nuts. So yeah, I'm Mary Caryne.
