What is your favorite Universal hotel and why?

Yes, Dale McDaniel is leaving for the new Loews Lake Las Vegas (which used to be a Hyatt Hotel). Now, on January 1, the RPR front desk concierge staff and the club staff will be combined into one department. I am not sure of the changes that will create, but I have to admit that I am worried. Shannan (current club day supervisor) will be going back to school soon too, and so she will probably be leaving RPR Club sooner rather than later. Although I am happy for Shannan, I will certainly miss her an awful lot. She has always done so much to make sure our stays were happy ones. I will get to see Shannan before she leaves, however, and I will ask her who the LF coordinator is, if one has been assigned by the time we get there on 12/14.
