What is your favorite Disney memory?

We were in WDW in March 1981.
DS#1 was 4+ and DS#2 was 4 months.
We went to one of the first (I think) character breakfasts on the Empress Lilly.
Goofy came around for autographs and pictures and reached for the baby. He held DS#2 and BATTED HIS EYELASHES at the baby. I did not know the eyelashes could move!
I asked DS#1 to stand by Goofy for a picture. He posed and SMILED--it is a great picture!
BUT
then Goofy started walking out of the restaurant.
DS#1 let him get about half way to the door and then went running after him YELLING "YOU BRING OUR BABY BACK"

(I would not have let Goofy get out of eyeshot,
but to see DS#1 running after that tall character....
so cute and such a nice memory whenever they were driving each other nuts later on.)

One of my best memories is being with my ds at one of his first trips to Disneyland in the mid-80's.

We were sitting on a bench near Main Street watching Cinderella and one of her mice out among the guests. Cinderella is my fav. character, but because DS was about 6 or 7, he found Cinderella embarrassing, and he didn't want to go too close to her (in case she tried to kiss him or something, I guess :p ), which of course, meant that I couldn't go too near her either, because I couldn't leave DS alone. So we sat on a bench nearby and watched. This was in the off season and back in the days before characters became the organized event that they now are.

A woman came out of a nearby ladies 'restroom' carrying a very, very tiny baby (obviously she had gone in there to change the baby) and she was about to join up with her husband who was waiting outside with the stroller. But the woman, who saw Cinderella nearby, just motioned with her head to her husband to bring the stroller nearer to Cinderella and the woman just carried her tiny newborn baby over nearer to Cinderella to see her.

Cinderella, who had just finished talking to a little girl, spied the woman with the newborn baby and was so excited - Cinderella wanted to hold that baby so badly! She asked the mother if she could hold the baby and (of course) the woman said yes. So, Cinderella, explaining that because of "insurance regulations", she had to be sitting down while holding babies, immediately hiked up her skirts and plopped herself down on a curb (only thing right there that she could 'sit' on) and held up her arms for the baby. The mother carefully placed the baby in Cinderella's arms and I guess that young woman. . .er. . .Cinderella. . . really wanted children because her face just glowed. :)

And Cinderella never missed a beat or stepped out of character. She told the young woman how she "and Prince Charming hope to have a baby very soon. . ." and similar sentiments for many minutes, as she gazed adoringly at the little baby.
