I like to sleep with a stuffed animal, but it's hard because my dog chews on things. I have to have a pillow and blankets though.

I don't have anything I sleep with, but I have to have my zune with me. I always listen to music as I fall asleep.
I'll usually wake up at 3 in the morning, headphones hanging off my bed lying ontop my zune which is still playing.
It's normal. I just put them back in my ears and go back to sleep.
