Without a doubt - Haunted Mansion. It was my favourite when I visited when I was 8 and to this day it remains my #1 ride!!

Rock'n'Rollercoaster.....my 9 year olds first major coaster hosted by her mom's favorite band of course!!!!Oh and Kilaminjaro Safaris for the environmental message of course (especially if your stuck in line!!!) and Pirates of the Carribean because it's so polically incorrect you gotta love it (brides for sale LOL)!!!!
