What is your dream resort?

After reading all of these posts from people upset about how Disney has been raising room costs, it has got me wondering. Is there a certain Disney resort that you have yet to stay in, but are dreaming about? A certain view? Can you actually see yourself as being able to stay there in the future, or is it destined to remain a dream?

Mine is to stay in the Contemporary Tower, with a Magic Kingdom View. And while it may not be a long stay, I hope to do so within the next 5 years.

I would love to stay at the Grand Floridian, but my DH says it's too fancy for him. I want to stay at all the resorts eventually, so maybe someday we can stay without him, on one of the mommy/kids trips.

I would love to stay at the AKL with a Savanah view room. Hopefully this is in next years schedule. I know my soon to be stepdaughter is going to love seeing all the animals from the balcony.

I booked a room in my dream resort ~ Savannah View @ AKL. I am now worried of the impact the construction is going to have on our dream trip. Guess we have to plan for the worst and be pleasantly surprised if it is any better then that!!

Since we've already stayed in the Tower at the Contemporary when the kids were 4 and 2 (they didn't have a room in the price we had reserved, so they upgraded us to a Tower room with a view of the Castle), my dream is to stay at the AKL with a view of the Savannah.

Im gonna have to go with MK view at the Contemporary. Ive been close to booking it already, but I think I will wait until our little one is old enough to enjoy it =)

As a kid, I always wanted to stay at GF. But now, after seeing the room decor, it isnt quite as high on my list. I still want to stay there, but Im not *dying* to, like I was before.

It'll never happen, but anyone of the Disney Suites that they have in the Delux hotels. I saw the pictures from inside them and fell in love. But, that's completly a dream. My husband and I would love to go and stay at the Grand Floridian once the children have grown. Just a husband wife trip! We've got a LONG wait on that one!

Mine was the Poly and I did that in December and it turned into a nightmare instead of a Dream. Now I go into vacations just happy to be where I can comfortably afford to stay that is clean, has a friendly staff and doesn't make me regret spending my hard earned money.

I stayed at my dream resort this past February- the Polynesian. I don't think I can every stay anywhere else. I guess my dream now would for it to be free!

Our true dream resort would be Wilderness lodge with a monorail connection.

But to answer the OP, other than the Wilderness lodge, the one I'd most like to stay at is the Contemporary, with an MK view. After that, it's the Beach Club.

Hopefully we'll get a chance to do both in the years to come.
