BA and Masters in Fine Arts.

I've worked in the creative arts in some capacity or other since I've been out of school, but I recently made a huge career change to Human Resources. I'm considering going back and getting some education more geared to what I am now doing, but still haven't made up my mind if I'll stay here in this position, or go back to my original calling in fine arts.
