I got a phone call from my daughter earlier today. She was on her way home from work and going through an intersection when a car decided to only slow down not stop. DD gave the occupants a look and continued on her way to pick up my DGS. The car turned and followed her. When she got to her sister's house the female in the car jumped out and attacked her. Fortunately she is ok and was able to get the license number but, seriously, what is wrong with people? The other person attracked her because my daughter gave her a "look".
We did call the police and my DH, who is a deputy sheriff, intends to pursue this tomorrow when he gets home. He wants the other girl arrested.

My parents always said to drive to the nearest police or fire department and honk your horn non stop. Never go to your home or someone else's home. And don't get out of the car.
