What is wong with DVC phone today

I have been calling over an hour and it's busy. The one time I did get through and I pushed 1 it went busy again.

Today was the booking day for the S.S. Member Cruise 2011. Member services was only open to book that cruise or for questions relating to travel in early October.

Me too! Except I was trying to cancel a couple of days at BWV - it was my 31 day mark. I am wondering will they honor it tomorrow or if my points will go in holding?

That's funny I was trying to call to see if we can get BWV. We are staying at OKW Nov. 4th - 9th. Hope they don't hold it against you. Good Luck!

I have three separate bookings as I was piece mealing it together from the start, so our last day can definitely be cancelled. We are cutting our visit by three days so only two days of points will go to holding if they don't allow me to cancel without penalty. Our visit ran to checkout on Nov 5th. trying to cancel Nov 2-5. If I can't cancel, I'll just stay through the 4th - since I know I can still cancel the last night.

The first part of our stay is standard view and the last three nights are Boardwalk view. I wish it were the other way around!

The problem is there are scores of callers who could not get through yesterday to book waitlist for the Member Cruise. I am sure they are all calling in now today..

That, plus due to MS being closed yesterday (except for Member Cruise and ressies thru October 7 only booking) everyone who normally would have called yesterday are also now trying to call today.

Unless it is urgent, I would stay away from calling there today, lol. Madhouse I am sure...

Judique, were you able to cancel without a problem today? I called to try and get ressie at BWV and they only have the 6th and 7th available. I could have really used your days the 4th and 5th. I guess I should have asked you what time you were calling so I could have tried and grabbed them

We check in OKW on the 4th-9th. The 6th and 7th are available at BWV, I am wondering if I waitlist the 8th if it will come available before we check in. We are at FQ the 9th - 11th. So you see why I don't want to move back to OKW for 1 day. OH decisions, decisions

Ok, I officially blew it. After debating on what to do I decided to do all the moving called back and the BWV is sold out again, I couldn't get the 6th and 7th I do know better then to hang up without booking, what was I thinking The wait time was so long each time I called that should have told me to book, my fault.
