What is with the long lines for rooms with no purpose?

What is with the long lines for the rooms with no purpose? u wait for ever and then when u finally get in, nothing is happening. like the rooms that say free stuff. it is such a total waste of time.

I never enter a room that offers free stuff. I know they are probably lying
through their teeth. Anything that sounds too good to be true most likely
is.

I fell for the 'Leaving VMK' trick just one time, months ago when it first started to appear on the popular rooms list. It was the first time I'd seen it, so I was more curious as to why she (the room owner) was leaving vmk, than in getting any free stuff. When I got in the room and asked her why she was leaving? ..was she not happy with the game?..she booted me! lol

Never went or even tried to get in one ever since, and there are a lot of them now.

I think they all may just be trying to make the popular list!

People do that to get on the popular list. Some room have no chance unless they say something sensational. I see free stuff rooms all the time. I have no doubt that most of it is just smoke and mirrors.

The trade rooms sometimes I will see something like "The Most Awesome Trade Room in VMK" and it turns out to be a room with a few pieces of Kelloggs Pirate stuff and a lot of people trying to trade pink monster doors and yeti pins . I see rooms that say they are going to trade inferno and of course those rooms are flooded with people. That doesn't mean that person actually HAS inferno.

Some will say whatever they have to say to get on the popular list.
