WATP = Walk Away The Pounds.
It is a video tape (or DVD) of exercises/motion that simulates eitehr a 1-mile, 2-mile, 3-mile, or 4-mile walk depending on the tape you use. You don't actually *walk* but you do marching, small kicks, knee lifts, etc.,--exertion that would simulate the same exertion of a comparable walk. It is low-to-no impact and barely requires any coordination.
When I was first starting to work out, I really liked it. But, I quickly moved through it and don't find it strenuos enough. I will occassionaly do one on a rainy day.
I think it is a perfect tape to start with if you a very overweight or have not exercised in a long time. If you are already doing other tapes and workouts, it will probably not be enough for you--with the exception of the 4-mile walk.
